		<description>I completely agree with the article, Appropriations Committee Sex Trading. Voting for the Bush desires is not the way to lead. Women have been treated like property, with men making decisions affecting women&#039;s lives in even the very personal ways. 

The time is long overdue for Congress to relinguish control over women&#039;s rights. The United States is falling behind in so many areas, but has never been the best with women&#039;s rights.</description>
